We ship across India. This policy explains our dispatch timelines, delivery estimates and charges.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹999
A nominal shipping fee is applied to orders below ₹999 and is shown at checkout before payment
All prices are inclusive of GST. There are no additional customs or import duties for orders within India

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote and non-metro pincodes may take slightly longer. During peak sale periods or festive seasons, delivery may take an additional 3–5 working days; we notify you if your order is affected.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you receive a tracking number by email and SMS. You can track the shipment on our courier partner's website at any time.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes and order values, as shown at checkout. Prepaid orders may qualify for additional discounts, as displayed on the product page.

Damaged or Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. We recommend recording an unboxing video, which helps us process any claim quickly. If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, we contact you to arrange re-dispatch; re-shipping charges may apply.
