Refund policy

This policy covers returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations for orders placed on VaGa Kids. It applies to domestic orders delivered within India.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders, provided the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel, write to support@vagakids.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95629 60472 with your order number.

We may cancel an order at our discretion if the item is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or listing, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method and you are notified by email.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer an easy 7-day exchange from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact
The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order number) is required

We recommend recording a clear unboxing video when opening your parcel. This helps us resolve any damaged, defective or wrong-item claims quickly.

To raise a request, email support@vagakids.com or WhatsApp +91 95629 60472 with your order number and photos of the product. Once approved, we arrange a reverse pickup where our courier partner services your pincode; otherwise you may self-ship the item to our address below.

After the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement is dispatched within 5–7 working days. If the requested size or variant is unavailable, we issue a refund or a credit note of the same value, at your preference.

Refunds

Refunds are issued where a product is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, or where we are unable to fulfil or replace your order.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed by bank transfer to the account details shared by you
Shipping charges, where paid, are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, worn or washed, items returned without original tags or packaging, and items reported after the 7-day window are not eligible for return or exchange. Minor variations in colour arising from photography and screen settings are not considered defects.
